Terms of Use & Sale

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These terms govern the use of the PM Filter online store and every sale concluded through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By completing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

1. Seller identity

The PM Filter online store is operated by:

  • Business name: Panagiotis Michailidis
  • Registered address: Maiandrou 43, Evosmos, 56224, Thessaloniki, Greece
  • VAT: 016468567
  • GEMI No.: 57994504000
  • Email: info@pmfilters.gr
  • Phone: 2310 707095

Referred to below as “the Seller”, “we”. A “Consumer” is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Scope

PM Filter sells spare parts and consumables for cars and motorbikes (such as filters, spark plugs, lubricants and chemicals). Sales to consumers are governed by Greek Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, as in force, and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The ordering process is as follows:

  1. You add the products you wish to buy to the shopping cart.
  2. At checkout you select or enter a delivery address and choose a payment method.
  3. Before you submit the order, the total cost (products and shipping costs) is displayed for your review.
  4. By submitting the order you enter into an obligation to pay. You will receive a confirmation of your order; the contract of sale is concluded upon that confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right not to accept an order, in particular where stock has run out or where an obvious pricing error has occurred; in that case you will be informed promptly and any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

The store’s search tools (vehicle-based search, OEM codes) help you choose the correct part for your vehicle. If in doubt about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included in product prices and are shown separately before you complete your order. Prices may change at any time; the price applicable to an order is the price in force at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment methods

  • Card payment: Debit and credit card payments are processed by the Viva.com payment platform (Vivabank Single Member Banking S.A.), a credit institution established in Greece and licensed by the Bank of Greece. During payment you are redirected to the payment page hosted by Viva.com itself; your card details are entered there only and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
  • Cash on delivery: Payment in cash upon delivery of your order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched by courier to the address you provide at checkout. The shipping cost is €5.00 and is waived for orders of €50 or more; the exact cost is always displayed before you submit your order.

We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. In any event, products are delivered no later than thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you acquire physical possession of them.

7. Retention of title

The products remain the property of the Seller until the price has been paid in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. Detailed information on how to exercise this right, the exceptions that apply and the model withdrawal form can be found on the Returns & Withdrawal page.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the statutory two (2) year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, in accordance with Articles 534 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code, as in force. If a product proves defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled, as the case may be, to repair or replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, free of charge. The legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation, or the normal expected wear of consumable parts.

10. Liability

The Seller is liable to consumers in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights arising from the legal guarantee. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by installation or use of the products contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions or the vehicle’s specifications.

11. Governing law — Jurisdiction

These terms and every contract of sale are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki, Greece shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your favour.

12. Out-of-court dispute resolution

For the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes you may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Leof. Alexandras 144, 114 71 Athens, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr), the competent alternative dispute resolution body. The European Commission also provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In any case, we encourage you to contact us first at info@pmfilters.gr so that we can resolve the matter amicably.

13. Final provisions

The Seller may amend these terms; each order is governed by the terms published at the time the order was placed. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
