Shipping & Delivery

This page explains what delivery costs, how long it takes, how you can pay, and how to find out where your order is.

1. Delivery cost

• A flat rate of €5.00 per order.
• Free delivery once the value of the products in your order reaches €50.00.

The €50.00 threshold is calculated on the value of the goods, before delivery costs. The exact amount is always shown at checkout, before you submit your order, so there are no surprises. All prices include the applicable VAT.

2. Delivery time

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible on business days. In any event, products are delivered no later than thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed with you. That is the statutory maximum, not the usual delivery time.

If a product is delayed or turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you to agree what should happen with the order.

3. Delivery areas

We deliver to addresses in Greece. If you need delivery to an address outside Greece, please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm whether it is possible and at what cost.

4. Payment methods

• Card: payment takes place on Viva.com’s secure hosted checkout page. Your card details never pass through, and are never stored on, our own servers.
• Cash on delivery: you pay in cash when the order is handed over.

5. Following your order

If you have an account and were signed in when you ordered, you can see the order and its status on the My orders page.

If you ordered as a guest, the order is not accessible online after the confirmation screen. Keep your order number and contact us at info@pmfilters.gr or 2310 707095 — we will tell you where it stands.

6. Receiving and checking your order

On delivery, please check that the packaging is in good condition and that the products match your order. If something is missing, damaged or incorrect, let us know as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

7. Returns
